About Our Company:

We are a family run coffee shop, ice cream parlour, and restaurant that has been the heart and soul of Aberavon Beachfront for over 15 years. This 10 week course is full of tasty recipes and tips for keeping healthy and happy, when time is short and money is tight. Using fresh produce and store cupboard ingredients, you will create wholesome family meals on a budget.

Recipes will include:

Learn how to get the best from seasonal ingredients whilst improving skills and techniques. Classes aim to improve confidence and expand knowledge in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Our sessions include:

Pre-recorded videos.
Live online sessions for feedback and tutor guidance.

Through Google Classroom's Stream facility, students will be able to share and discuss their own progress in cooking.
