The CAE is so excited to be bringing you the Community Enterprise Hub in 2023!

“A holistic, vibrant and safe space, created by the community, for the community.“

With thanks to support from the Welsh Government and WCVA so far, we have purchased a property on Swansea’s prominent Oxford Street.

Our Vision

To celebrate the cultural diversity of Swansea as a City of Sanctuary through enhancing local life by developing, in partnership with others, an extensive programme of events and services.

The Building

About The Building

In a prime central location, on 28 Oxford Street SA1 3AN, the Hub will be situated in the heart of Swansea’s city centre; only 130 metres off the main Quadrant Shopping Centre and Swansea Bus Station. The existing building is an established three-storey, rendered masonry property, with a pitched roof fronting Oxford Street and a range of mono-pitch and flat roofs to the rear. The ground floor consists of an open plan space, storage facilities and access to a rear courtyard. The upper floors consist of storage, office space, a kitchen and WC facilities; and the basement offers additional storage.

What We Need From You

We need your support in helping us bring this to life! Here is what you can do to help:

1. Donate To Our Cause Here

Financially, we are looking to raise up to £150k which will go towards costs for renovations and fittings, asbestos removal and management, electrics and professional fees. It will also go towards start-up costs for the new projects in the building for the benefit of our service-users. Contributions of any amount are most welcome, and will go a long way to making this a success.

2. Spread The Word For Us

You can do this in your own networks and by joining our social media campaign. Our next donor could be on your feed so please do not forget to tag us and use the hashtag #CAEHub2023.

3. Provide A Letter Of Support

Please email kim.m@caentr.org if you’d like to endorse our idea. This will also go a long way in helping us secure more financial support from other institutions.

Thank You For The Support!
