Our well-being walks are popular for relieving stress & anxiety and promote physical and mental wellness. Fight isolation, make new friends and see the beauty of nature.

The event is fully funded, and it is a great way to get fit. We welcome families and friends of all ages to enjoy this cardio class infused with latin American dancing!

Our Youth Network creates an inclusive & safe space, allowing like-minded young people to connect with each other, with external support networks in Wales; sharing and learning from their experiences.
