Welfare services have mostly moved online.

Local Job Centres are all closed for face-to-face appointments. However, you can still get in touch with them on their Helplines.
If you already had an appointment booked, the Department of Work and Pensions will get in touch with you soon and let you know what you need to do.
Housing Options will be operating a restricted service and the office will remain open for EMERGENCIES ONLY
You should only go to the office if it is an emergency and if you are unable to contact them via the telephone on 01792 533100 or email housingoptions@swansea.gov.uk.
Staff will be available as usual to help by phone or email.
Various Food Banks are open and working on a voucher referral service.
