To welcome community members to The CAE Hub, support drop-ins and group activities, and help plan and deliver events that strengthen connetion and belonging.

FOODBANK VOLUNETEER

To help ensure smooth running of CAE's Swansea Mobile Pantry, providing practical support to people in need with dignity, care, and empathy.

Progression Pathway:

Can progress to Outreach & Community Support or Project Delivery Assistant roles.

To engage individuals beyond the Hub, raise awareness, of CAE services, and build bridges with communities who may be isolated or newly arrived.

Progression Pathway:
Potential to advance into Community Ambassador or Advisory Panel Volunteer roles

Wellbeing and activities volunteer

To help deliver wellbeing and recreational activities such as football, salsa, yoga, and mindfulness, promoting physical health, confidence, and integration.

Progression Pathway:

Can move into Wellbeing Session Leader and Peer Mentor roles

communications and digital storytelling volunteer

To showcase positive community stories, promote diversity, and highlight the impact of CAE's work through creative media and communications.

Progression Pathway:

Can develop into Digital Engagement Assistant or Communication Lead Volunteer.

RESEARCH & EVALUATION VOLUNTEER

To support CAE's continuous learning and improvement by helping collect, analyse, and share evidence of impact and lived experience.

Progression Pathway:

Pathway into Community Researcher or Evaluation Assistant roles.

Mentor & lived experience leader

To empower others through mentpring, lived-experience leadership, and participation in advisory roles shaping CAE's programmes and advocay work.

Progression Pathway:

Potential to become a Volunteer Mentor, Trainer, or Board/Advisory Representative.
