TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation: All hire fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less: 50% of venue hire and 100% of catering costs forfeited.
- 7 days or less: 100% of venue hire and catering costs forfeited.
Catering Deadlines: Menus and dietary requirements must be confirmed 2 weeks before the event.
Own Food and Drink: External food and drink are not permitted (exceptions: birthday cakes and small non-alcoholic party favours).
Damage and Cleanliness: Damages or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
Public Liability Insurance: A copy must be provided 48 hours prior to the event.
Event Timings: All events must conclude by the agreed time.
Capacity Limits: Adherence to room capacity limits is mandatory.

I have read and accept the terms and conditions set out above and agree to pay for any losses or damages incurred during the hire period. I confirm that I have adequate public liability insurance and will provide a risk assessment in advance.
