Help bridge the digital divide in your community
Are you passionate about helping others? Would you like to help people build confidence with technology? We’re looking for 6 Digital Inclusion Champions to support individuals who may be struggling to access or use digital tools and services.
About the Role
As a Digital Inclusion Champion, you’ll work directly with people of all backgrounds to help improve their digital skills, enabling them to access essential services, stay connected, find work and thrive in an increasingly digital world
Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one or group support with basic digital skills (e.g. using Microsoft Office, help with getting set up on social media etc.)

Assist individuals in accessing online services such as healthcare, banking, and job applications
-
Promote digital inclusion within the community.
What we’re looking for

Good basic digital skills and confident in using technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a willingness to help others learn

Ability to explain things in a simple and clear way.
